Life is good with degoogled android, you guys should try it. The only real problem is some banking apps because of muh security BS or whatever that prevents tampering.

Apple isn't really a company that cares about your privacy there was a time they did and google of course does the same thing with playstore however you can sideload apps quite easily without jailbreaking your device.

I can't really blame them too much though since they've come under fire from politicians in governments especially European and a few US states, they only do this because well they have to and there's already proposed legislation that will enforce this.

ID verification will become the norm for accessing any mainstream adult content plus social media if they choose to raise the minimum age from 13, as many countries impose similar internet legislation.

It will probably only get worse as because companies like microslop in collaboration with intel AMD and motherboard manufacturers lock down the x86 - 64platform. Remember when they forced secure boot? Making it hard for some Linux distros to boot. Then microslop told you, you needed tpm 2.0 to be able to install winslop 11? Then you have shit like intel me and amd psp, eventually you won’t be able to boot the Damm computer without identity verification affecting the computer’s ability to boot.
