Anyone who pushes the gender pay gap is disingenuous and wants equity

The gender pay gap is caused by women not working as much as men. It's that simple. There is no inherit discrimination preventing women from making as much as men. The fact that it's presented as evidence of discrimination shows how disingenuous feminists are. The only reason women continue to bring it up is because they want DEI and equity which is actual discrimination against men. Which unfortunately a good deal of countries have already done.

Isn't it interesting how any problem women have, even self inflicted, is seen as a societal issue?

Affirmative action (only racial affirmative action was banned)
Government grants
HR which favors women.
Most parents favor their daughters
They're playing life on easy mode while men play extra hard mode.
