I found I was getting a lot of neck pain in my 20s and 30s has only worsened it, really thinking this might be worth investing money in if I can find something that works.
Wonder if anyone has studied this? I saw an ad for "Derila" ones with an interesting shape, pretty pricy but getting my neck in the proper posture is important if I can bare to sleep looking at the ceiling
