When I got intervened i told them that I had constant thoughts about tentacles and crab legs coming out of me. But I knew it wasn't real. Also I thought about suicide and killing other people a lot. Also i was starting to believe that i was already in hell. Now I'm on another kind of jewpills, antipsychotics and I'm stable. Just when I'm stressed i start thinking about dying again.

Atypical jewpills have worked for me and I could maybe have had an ok life if I had started taken them 5 years earlier. Some of us have fundamentally broken brains that can only be fixed with drugs or death. Well mine isn't fixed but it can at least function without a constant desire to slit my throat
