Once i was on a 8 monts no fap streak and i would never ever get nightfalls which REALLY annoyed me. I watched porn before sleeping and would then would go without ejaculating. I tried ZMA overdose, sleeping etc. but nothing worked.

Now i started again and i am on day 26 & its still the same: no wet dreams...


Anyone else experienced the same?

My zinc levels were already before over the maximum limit(did a blood test). Most likely because i took overdose of zinc before starting with nofap in order to increase the chances of getting wet dreams. Unfortunately, i didn't get any :rage:

I don't feel much stronger tbh
