If so, what kind of thing did you eat and what were the results?
Absolutely brutal.I lost 80 lbs on keto. I was doing strict keto, so all I was eating was chicken. I would bake it and eat it all at once, measuring out the calories and fats and adding salt. I would take an army of vitamins to offset the stuff I was missing out on.
When I was in keto my appetite was barely noticable, but I felt very, very physically weak.
Here's my best advice: depending on how much weight you need to lose, you're gonna go for a month, and then whatever justification/motivation you had for losing weight will dissipate. You need to be able to find a new reason then to keep going.
At first I was motivated by lowering my blood pressure. Then it was to get girls. Then I realized I was an incel, and then I went back to health. Then I had to lose weight for my self respect. Then it was for lifting. Then it was for Jiu Jitsu. And then it was for a moving job. Then it was back to self respect, and now I'm back to hoping for a girlfriend, but given what I know it's pretty much over, so I'll need to find a new reason soon, cause I'm starting to burn out.
