Anyone got a Kindle Fire (7) etc? What are they like?

Thinking about getting one of these to chillax away from my living room PC in my bedroom* (*which has no PC or TV) and watch some anime and ASMR videos.

Are they worth the money?

Almost got the 8 inch version but had sold out and the store wasn't selling any ex-display either.
