I just found out I have a bmi of 19.7. This makes me underweight, weak and scrawny looking
I used to be anorexic then I ate more and lifted and got fit. But i became disenfranchised when all the work i put in didn't get me a gf so i stopped exercising but kept eating and got fat

It depends on your build. I had about the same BMI as you before my E/D and I looked just a bit skinny.

No way, being underweight is 100x worse, foids won’t date a guy who weighs less than them
I suppose it's easier to fix. I started to gain weight after I stopped growing as much. Also foids who weigh more than me are probably not that attractive either.
I am underweight as fuck. One of the reasons why I am an incel. I often get weight mogged by foids.
