I just take it a lot of the time and try not to think about it too much at this point. It’s always gonna happen to me and I don’t have energy to fight back every time.
if they re ganging up on you try to do some sneaky shit , at my previous job a guy that s taller , heavier and younger than me was doing the guy that was making fun of me in front of others the next day i caught him in the locker room insulted him and all asked him to stop was about to jump on him i didn t do it i would have done it believe me , he never did it again and was super polite and all with me , fucking rats bro.
at my previous job they kind of ganged up on me wanting me to leave the job without getting fired and i didnt do it out of pure stubordeness they left the job without me , i got fired in the end giving me neetbuxx.

If u work or study around foids at least enough foids always make a few comments about your bully's flaws that will reduce their confidence and their status. If ur in a male dominant field try to be friends with the largest men.
