I know when I'm drunk I'm either very angry or reminscent and sad
Some times I will just literally ldar on my bed while nauseous and difficult to move and just remember when I was more hopeful in the past. I might either play a movie or song in the background I liked back then. Now, my life was still really shit even in those moments. But at least I could remember thinking it might get better, that surely this is the worst and it only gets better from here.
