Not a huge fan of realist literature, but most people online love that stuff. Anyone here read more speculative/weird fic? I guess authors like Lovecraft, Arthur Machen and China Mieville count as part of this, and a good chunk of Romantic and pre-Romantic literature (i.e Faust). Most realist authors are obsessed with foids and politics for some reason.
