Serious Anyone else have a character that irks them?

For me, it's Del from gorillaz.

Something about that character irks my psyche. It's like it's some deep, dark, repressed fear. It's so unnerving, but I just can't figure out why he evokes these emotions in me.

It's connected to a show I watched in my childhood, I know that for sure, but I don't know which one.
