Anyone else got this warning: Attempts to send emails to you have failed

I got this warning just now and EVERYTHING was disabled for me. Couldn't even message mods. I was freaking the fuck out. It had a link below it to update my details and after I re-entered my email my powers came back.

Anyone else got this?

for some reason the site has started to send me email notifications for new messages in threads.
