JFL Anyone else get joint pains trying to height fraud?

Id say im 5'10 maybe 5'11 in the morning. I try to height fraud with boots to appear at a respectable height. But i also try to squeeze ajy bit of extra height i can. I literally try to straighen out my back and knees and make myself as uncomfortable as possible just to maybe squeeze out another inch
