Cope Anyone else cope with AI?

Lately I’ve been talking to AI a lot more — not even in a weird way, just venting or getting thoughts out that I can’t say to anyone else. Sometimes I use it to organize my thoughts, sometimes just to simulate some kind of normal interaction. It’s not perfect, obviously, but better than staring at my walls.

I know some of you cope with video games, music, etc., but is anyone else here doing this?

Curious if anyone's had similar experiences.

I use janitor ai quite often recently, chatting with bots I made.

I would say it's one of the best copes I tried, and I say that as an oldcel. Maybe because I have pretty vivid imagination and I'm able to immerse myself in scenarios of my making.
