I was just thinking about this giant ass river that passes by my hometown and it's continuously getting smaller every year since there's tonnes of canals made up on it to irrigate the agricultural land , to make more profit for the landlords or corporate farms.

If it was in its natural state, we'd have more forests around it whicb are decreasing every year. More fish to eat and less issues for water for cattles and just for local usage.

Nature shall punish us for disturbing it's regulations.
