idk but i dont think shooting people with vaccines for polio and measles causes it, theyre probably also better at diagnosing so you could have flew under the radar long ago but not anymore.

I think their current prevalence is somewhat "unnatural" compared to in the past, but that this is due to parental age rather than nutrition, vaccines, etc. Increased parental age is proven to increase the likelihood of genetic mutations in germ cells. Autism/ADHD are almost certainly more prevalent than in the past due to increased average parental age, and thus increased mutations.
