I wished I could. I practically gave up all together during my final year. My parents wouldn't let me, though.

You could easily get a GED, later, and get started quicker getting skills.

i just socialized in school made a few friends and hung out with my clique (same ethnicity friends) driving around having fun

i never did clubs, never went to prom, never did any of those cope things, but it was still fun. ive had a high end pc for years and rotting at home is something ive done for so long any sort of thing I get to do outside is fun
