In the advice of some people here I started vitamincmaxxing, skin serums, creams, eating oranges like a fucking baboon. Has anyone had any experience if this and if so how long does it take to see a benefit?

Eat liver instead of oranges. It's more absorbable vitamin c and you won't get diabetes from the fructose overload.
 
Just take it and dont worry about any "potential benefits" or you will go insane waiting/expecting something to happen

Vitamin C agitates me and causes horrible insomnia.

You should not only max out the vitamin C intake. You should consume a great amount of vitamins and minerals in general. You have to get big and hit the gym brutally.

This is why you have to spend energy in order to take more. Also vitamin C increases the amount of intake.
 
Eat bruccolli bro, i hated it at first but then get used to the taste (maybe dropping sugar consumption by 80-95% also did help)
