I already exercise a little, I think I mostly need help managing what food I eat.
I'm 5'4 and I weigh 140 pounds. I usually run 3 miles a day but I overeat a lot.We need more information.
How much do you weigh and what's your height? What's your activity level like? What's your daily calorie intake? What about calorie composition?
Generally if you're male with a decent activity level and you eat 1,500 calories per day on a high protein diet than you'll lose weight. Try to avoid sugar entirely if you can, especially drinking sugar.
