Any tips on how to survive the STEM work world? @Transcended Trucel @PPEcel @Mainländer

Never worked with STEM, but speaking in general, hide your power level at all costs, avoid unnecessary drama/conflict/bullshit, hold your ground if someone tries to screw you up and remember that the people there are not your friends.

Brutal you're going to start wageslaving. :feelswhat:

This.
Only do the minimum work possible that you feel is good for the paycheck you're getting.
Don't do unnecessary shit for coworkers.

Do enough to keep pace with co workers unless your getting paid more and are told to do more. Don't over perform as most companies are ran by retards and punish hard workers with more work with very little salary raises. Main way of increasing salary is jumping 2-4 years to a new company. Ofc the higher position you are, the longer your expected to stay but that isn't an issue until your like 5-10+ years in the workforce.

True avoid politics/religion/any topics which are controversial.

This too. Only time to ever do unnecessary shit is to test said person if they will give you a favor back. Less than 1/2 people probably reciprocate in my experience maybe <1/3 even. But those who do might be worth investing in for job references later.
Also remember to establish work-life boundaries. If a company won't let you do this, and wants you to work unpaid overtime. Try to jump ship then when possible. Don't quit job first ever unless it is that horrible.
Also try to learn stuff as much as you can on company time. Especially stuff you can use in your own projects to display for a future job hop. Further more always remember the project is the focus, not the specific technology being used. The specific technology in demand often changes relatively fast.

Also try to log what you did at work every night, spend 5-15 minutes summarizing your day. You will be able to refer to this in the future during interviews when they ask for specific examples of what you achieved.
Also for entry and mid tier jobs, stuff you can display(websites/app/game) is preferable to back end math stuff. As an employer can judge you fast odd your visual work unlike math heavy back end work which can take an hour plus Tor understand.
Also ideally do all work in a deliberate fashion, this includes your leisure and weekends. Try to be deliberate in every area of life. This will allow you to optimize yourself further and further over time. As an incel to compensate for lack of Beauty/socialiability, one has to have a very optimized routine that trains them to attain a high level of technical skill.

Don't try to have any ideas on your own. Regardless of what the propaganda may be about "valuing innovation", it is never true.

Just do what you are told to do. Try to figure out what your bosses really want (it is not always what they say they want) and just do that.

True innovation is often punished, one should only really do that if they are very high up on the scale(10+ yrs xp probably or in a small business with many shares)

Lift. The bigger you are, less people will push you around
