Serious Any others brocels who don't have a driving license?

I can't drive at all. I get panicked very easy and my reflexes aren't really good. I have to go daily to work or shoppping by taking bus. Another reason I'm incel.

Keto diet worked wonders for my anxiety. I recommend it very highly, it increases gaba just like benzos do and decreases glutamate like alcohol does. Maybe that'll calm your nerves.

Also, I got my drivers license at 23 yo and haven't drove a mile after the final driving test. Just use it as my ID, lol
