I got started on SST but then got T2 soon after it came out since I was such a fan.
I believe I did try out Vengeance or Ascend or both, my memories are blurry, didn't do it as much.
I don't know if V or A had enough of a fan following to remain active but I think there are still some hardcore 1+2 communities playing it.
Something to keep in mind for those of us with poor PCs since the requirements are low yet it's decent gameplay.
I have 1+2 still installed on my PC though I forget where the servers are who still run them. If anyone's interested reply and I'll look into it for you.
