Nah it was never this bad. Grind was always better and you could easily reach top tier with premium time and just by playing good. Now it's a much shorter grind you will reach BR2 within few days or even a single day if you tryhard and buy premium time/squad.
I'm thinking in downloading it again on PS5. hated that in community servers you have no chance if you're new. Also a lot of bugs and plastic graphics but I guess it's better now.

Many bugs got fixed, ai no longer shoots as often through the bushes, enemy ai can spawn tanks and random premium squads so you could kill them and play with their guns. Shame about bipods they are still pretty fucked just like marking and shooting rockets though the windows, Active Matter are getting bipod fixes so it may get ported later to Enlisted.
Mines and nade launchers got nerfed by a ton, mines are just rng if you kill or just injury enemies while nade launchers are just useless and only rmn-50 or arisaka mortar can deal some good aoe dmg.
yeah i recently started maining britbongistan again and grinded for the challenger 2 OES, although hesh is kinda ass at higher tier because of ERA n shit on top of being inconsistent asf. they got pretty good armor and decent rounds aside from being as slow as a turtle.

If you got a good enough PC and still wanna play in modern/cold war tanks you can try GHPC, it doesn't have multiplayer yet but it's a pretty good sim-lite (without aircraft trying to kill you every minute)

optimization is really ass though, but they'll hopefully fix it by full release since the damage models cause the most high CPU usage.
