I just don't think it's possible for a guy who has a Vegeta body to be rejected by roasties, even if his face or height are not Chad-like. Though I haven't personally tried the approach yet, I cannot believe such an incel exists. They are as good as a mythical creature to me.
Must look like a cloud of meat. Very low body fat percentage. No exceptions. I'm not just asking about some guy who claims he fits the bill. If he does, picture with time stamp, not just words. A gymcel not necessarily has a perfect body. Just because you started hitting the gym, doesn't mean you look like what you are supposed to look like or are as big as you are supposed to look to call femoid attention.
Need proof and reassurance I'm doomed no matter if I hit the gym or not.

I once was 220lbs 8% bodyfat. It made zero, I repeat zero difference in how I was treated by women. As a matter of fact I had more success with women when I was chubby. The only thing going to the gym does is it gets you more respect from men. That was the only difference I noticed.

I am in my thirties, I have been going to the gym since i was 15. Pretty muscular nowadays, subhuman face, i can assure you girls don't give a shit about your muscular body unless you are at least a mid tier normie. If you are sub6, you will only get 4/10 roasties, that's how far an ugly face and a muscular body can get you, the same roastie-leftovers that normie betabux fight for.

Well, i can already see the muscles i had before got a little bit more defined, i'm not mean post-workout pump, they stay defined even after 24 hours or more till last workout.
Also i want to do at least 15 pull ups in a row, like would be a nice goal for me to reach.
Don't have many expectations on my body looks, as i mentioned, so will see.

2) diet is far more important than lifting when it comes aesthetics. If you go lift and then continue to eat pizza and bread and shit, you will forever look like shit. Very few people can successfully diet long term, and bodybuilders diets are the strictest of the strict. This is where 99% of attempted bodybuilders fail.
3) You cant be aesthetic without steroids unless you are a genetic freak. If you want to even look remotely good like actual bodybuilders and not just some skinnyfat retard, you need to use gear. Wouldn't be an issue if not for the insane prices of steroids and life destroying side effects.

TL;DR: If you think you can just start lifting and do nothing else to become aesthetic I got some bad news.

Yeah, i already noticed some changes, not sure if my genetics that insanely good (results after 1,5 week), or just muscles i had became more defined.

Truth right here. Most natties don't even look like they lift, especially during winter. Hollywood and juiced up bodybuilders fucked up our perception of achievable goals. All those Chad actors who don't look that big or even look dyel-tier are most likely at their natty peak and they have top tier genetics, for example younger Brad Pitt.

JFL at noobie gymcels thinking they'll look like Brad Pitt in fightclub aka "ottermode" after 6 months of lifting, that shit takes years if you're skinny as fuck or skinnyfat/fat and you need to have a wide Chad frame and relatively high test, or at least normal test levels. I personally never bodybuilt, but I know a guy in my school who did. He used to be an amateur national mma champion as well. He's still a virgin and according to him had been rejected several times, because he's not very attractive.
He's a nice guy though. I remember a few years ago there was a really handsome chad in my class, every girl was a fond of him. He kept bullying me and tried to do the same thing to him. On day they they started arguing, which lead to a fight. My incel friend lifted up that scumbag like a ragdoll and threw him to the floor with all his strenght. Then the entire class ran to him (expect me) to calm him down before he injures that kid seriously. The chad was so scared he never even dared to talk to him again. :)

I trained for more than one year and gained several kilograms of muscle, I was not full bodybuilder tier by any means but I did have a killer body. Six pack, strong chest (my genetics are particularly good there), good bodyfat, strong arms, etc.

That brought me nothing, even approaching.

I've always been against steroids because it's a cope. The muscle you built fast with steroids won't usually stay past your genetic potential once you stop blasting it and you'll end up looking like a raisin. We all have seen famous Youtubers and BBers who gone off the cycle for a few months and then coming back looking very human like with huge muscle loss. That shit don't happen if you are natural.
 
Well since my friends are bodybuilder I will say YES! If you have a body like a greek God you WILL get girls. If you don´t IRL then set up a Tinder profile with pictures of your body and girls will write to you first and ask you to fuck them I am not kidding. This is what my Chad brother does and torture me with every time he shows me or tells me how many girls wants him, they are complete sluts! Also many of these girls of course write in their profiles something like "I´m not looking for a fuckboy" or "If you are only looking for sex keep swiping" these sluts are the ones who randomly write to bodybuilders about sex.

THIS THIS THIS. I lifted for 2 years before I realized most fags were using roids to get the best look, also diet is everything you have to plan out all your meals and eat extremely strict to get the perfect adonis body.

I'll be skinnyfat for life.

No Greek god physique. You can't get that in the gym because a lot depends on your genetics and frame. For Zyzz (for example) it took years of steroid use in addition to strict nutrition and lifting. But my body without my face definitely does get a ton of matches. However... matches meant literally nothing for me. Half of them wouldn't reply to messages, 80% of the remainder wouldn't want to meet up, and 100% of those I met in real life didn't want anything to do with me. There's a long way from getting a match to getting laid.

And that's on Tinder, with pics where my body is visible but my face isn't. In real life however women just don't give a shit.

Worked out/Lifted weights from 15 to about 23. Daily. I had a great body. Problem was that you couldn't really tell my definition at all since I'm a white guy but I'm hairy like a fucking old Indian man or some shit. One time I had a female classmate ask to see my abs. I lifted up my shirt and she said all she could see was my hair and freaked out at how hairy I was. Plus I'm like 5'4/5'' so as anyone knows if you are this short it just looks like you are trying too hard and look like a pathetic replica of what a "real man" is supposed to look like. I, for one, can admit that working out and having muscle absolutely did NOTHING with my chances with women. They always saw me as just a friend and nothing more. So yeah. Stopped lifting weights at around 24. Stopped exercising all together at 25. Now I'm 30 and 100 pounds overweight. Ha! It's funny to think about honestly. How low I've come.I think I hit rock bottom every year and then the following year I surprise myself. I'm so miserable at this point. I don't think I can even physically have sex tbh. I have to lift up my stomach just to jerk off. I cry a lot.
