I was gone for months from here due to staring at wall and being mentally dead from it. But eventually you drag yourself trying to have some semblance of normalcy again, but you will never be the same. Just don’t think about it too much or the nightmares will start again.

I remember one day a while ago I realized I was happy for that whole day. Like I actually realized it because it was such a new feeling and then the next day came and I was back to normal
