Going by the vibes of both stories, Meliodas would slam Hiei. You'd have to be edgy debater to compare a sub car speed verse and say it wins against another verse where a cunt jumps 20 times across a country which makes him speed of sound.
meliodas' existence was destroying the human world at one point.
Didn't Sensui technically pull off a similar feat and Hiei surpassed him in the final arc?
An elephant can topple a car, but it would be fucked up by a speeding car.
