It's Over Another day passed. Another 3 hours sleep

I slept from 4 am to 7 am.

I cant take it. The black i have under my eyes is scary. My eyes are red.

Nothing helps. No copes nothing.

Woke up from a nightmare as usual but todays nightmare was special. It wasnt demons and blood and fire it was about past memories, past lost opportunities and how they would have been if i wasnt severely injured.


Anyone in my position would have roped 5 years ago.

My life quality is in the gutter and beyond repair.

I need to be shot. I need to die to escape and actually feel a good night sleep.

Torment and agony 24/7, i dont know whats going on. I dont blame my body for having nightmares anymore its my brain way of fighting the stress. Its logical but its also suffering beyond comprehension.

Not one fucking day passes without nightmares.
