I was coping with frozen food and slop but anymore if I consume it I have horrible gut pain that keeps me awake all night. I'll go on another 7 day water fast and then switch to consuming boring foods like eggs and fish. Unfortunate. It's as if my genes are telling me to stop enjoying myself
