Does anyone know of any psychological horror anime’s that are worth the watch? I’m still getting into anime but really enjoying it so any recommendations are great no matter how common the anime I probably haven’t seen it yet.

I don't know a whole lot of anime that would fall under the psychological horror genre but Serial Experiments Lain sounds like it should fit the bill well and it's a great show. You probably know about it already since it's a classic.

Thanks for the recs, didnt know Trail of blood and drifting classroom. Seem really good, something along the lines of suicide island or Drifting net cafe. also btw flowers of evil manga is good, anime is meh
