I just finished aoi bungaku.It was amazing,one of the best animes I've ever watched.Old Japanese literature translate amazingly into anime.I really like the 3rd story (made me cry) and the fourth one was artistically stunning.

I've watched nothing compared to @Ethnic Natsoc but everything I've seen on that list has been an 8/10 or above. I would also recommend Madoka Magica and Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu.
