I've noticed that men take better care of their dogs than women or rather that males treat their dogs as they should while women neglect their well being.
I had a dog once which I took very good care of. I saw a woman on the bus a few days ago; she appeared to have a male dog whos collar was too tight which I told her. She didn't want me to touch her dog while it seemed sad and desperate for someone to take better care of him than his bitch owner.
