At my work, the Boss is a woman, and there are 2 other women who work there, and they despise me, I can tell by their looks.
Anytime I speak to them, they have this expression as if to say "Fucking get away from me you degenerate".
I hate it so fucking much.

The Boss isn't any better, I have tried repeatedly to speak to her to extend my hours because despite those women, I like working there and it does bring me peace most days.

She spends more time with the other women than me, only one other woman there is nice to me, and do you know why?

She is an older woman and has more compassion, the 3 others have been fed toxic masculinity for years and have fully embraced it.

And I'm scared to sit beside the 2 youngest ones in case they file a harassment claim against me.

The thing is I don't want to, despite the cunts there is isn't a bad place.
Another reason is I know they hate me, and I stay out of spite.
They suffer at my existance.
I suffer from their comments and expression.
We all suffer equally.

You're fine then. I'm doing something like this for the first time and it's been though, because I want them to fire me with compensation, but HR instinctively knows that people tend to want that these days, so they're waiting me to be worn down enough to quit.

I don't wanna disclose too much, but it's IT industry (IT==Information Technology, not Incel Tears). That dynamic I've outlined is not specific to the company I work in though, it's actually been a known tactic for several years in IT and other industries called "quiet firing".

The gist of it is, if the employee quits, the company doesn't have to pay compensation. So the company makes the employee's life as miserable as possible, think of it like water slowly eroding rock.
