Well, the guy is so autistic that he leaked a college document that reveals he was suspended from the university because he was deemed dangerous:

1- He made threats (including death threats) to professors.

2- He's stalking a female employee from the university,

3- He freaked out (screams) during a class.

He seems to be acting this way because he demands that the university treat him in a special way because of his mental disorders, but the university is not fulfilling his wishes.

The university is worried that something will happen and is taking security measures.
