Am I a considered a trucel if I can ascend through surgery?

I have a horrible nose and bad lower third all of which is fixable through the right surgeries. The other parts of my face like eye area, lips, cheekbones, forehead, hair, skin are all decent and I even got complimented on my eyes and lips a couple of times, but my nose and lower third bring my face down to a 3 out of 10. I also need quad LL cuz I'm short which should get to from 5'6 to 5'11 at least. So am I a trucel by definition?
