Most therapists and their training isn't to help their clients thrive and be formidable, it's to keep us manageable as wagies for the corporate system. That's why therapy is so popular an encouraged among corporate types and women eat it up (because they don't want to be formidable they just want to be validated).

This is the great litmus test or the Rorschach ink test to determine if the therapist is suited to work with men. Even soycucked male the rapists will fail this:

I asked regular normie therapists (both males and females) and got answers like "I gotta find out more about the guy after like 10 sessions and explore his childhood before I can help him" and "he should leave a committed relationship alone! something tells me this guy has childhood issues and that's why he is into unavailable women!" and the latter is such bullshit because nothing about a 3 year relationship says "committed" if there is no ring and the guy in question liked the girl before he even knew she was in a relationship so it makes no sense.

but then i asked a military chaplain (who is based at 29 Palms and already used to working with a bunch of guys) this same question and guess what? he answered it correctly. He wasn't a vaginaspeaking moralizer like the normie therapists. His first questions? "Has the guy ever met the boyfriend? Does he know what the boyfriend looks like or if he even exists? Make sure if the girl is actually in a relationship and it's not just from years ago. And then even if she is, go talk to her and show interest. Don't pressure her but let her decide."

Then I told the chaplain "Close. My answer would be to go steal her. Here is why..." and he chuckled.

His first instinct was to size up the competition and strategize and deal with real life - power dynamics, social hierarchy, social politics - instead of moralizing.

I also asked him the second question about how he would advise the guy whose girlfriend or wife is getting hit on by other guys. His response was to get the guy to work out and stop being a doormat, go train his own assertiveness or ability to posture and stand up with other guys, and put limits on his wife and tell her what he wants her to do when others hit on her and see where she stands. Other therapists said shit like "he doesn't own her!" and "he needs to work on his self esteem!" or some useless navelgazing shit. I told him "You're right. I would've gone further though, I would have asked the guy to look at himself and wonder what it is about him that gives other guys the greenlight to disrespect him, and fix them."

This is the kind of "therapist" you need, or if you're going to talking to someone, it better be someone who works with reality and real life instead of moralizing. Someone who gives you tangible actions to take instead constant "so tell me about your childhood for the 50th time" and other navelgazing shit. I've often had good experience with military chaplains because they are men and they know what we're dealing with. Not even soy cuck therapists comprehend this. They're too bluepilled and virtue signalling. A certain type of men become therapists, of all the jobs they could've picked in their life, and it's not for good reasons. A lot of them are already checked out on their own lives and they will drag you down with them.

Most men don't need therapists, they need brothers. ironically brothers are harder to find than some generic nigger therapist.

Another detail: all the chaplains I've spoken to I got along with who gave decent advice, they all weightlifted or did some sort of physical activity to push themselves. All the therapists including the males? None of them pushed themselves physically. Never take life advice or an opinion from a man who doesn't exercise.
