I think the reason given of how incels could "disrupt" society is an excuse to spy on them and try to break up incel communities from discussing anything that offends women, who politicians and other people in power pander to. Simply because organizations can exercise this power to spy on and try to disrupt incel communities and no one significant will stop them from doing this since consensus is against incels and the average citizen that may not approve is too apathetic to do anything.
