No matter what therapy material I use, the underlying principle is to change your thinking so your problems don't exist anymore.
>You are not confident and anxious because you are inferior physically
Just change your thought patterns bro!
Read any book on how to not worry, it always assumes that what you worry about is "not going to happen"
There's not a single resource that assumes your fears and insecurities are true. They all act like you're making it all up.
I can sum it up in one statement: Your problems are more real than the solutions they offer to them.

Mental health is related to your thinking, so of course you have to change your thinking to cure mental illness, lol.

The goal is to be confident despite being inferior physically.
Many have done it and can live with it.
There isn't really another option except suicide.

Most of the time, that's actually true.
Many things I have wasted time worrying about didn't even happen in the end.

It's not about whether or not they are true, it's about how you deal with them.

I honestly can't stand whiny bitches who constantly cry about their problems, but everytime somebody suggests a solution they act as if there was none just so they can keep crying.

No therapy for your face

That's definitely not always the case most of the time a problem manifests itself in material reality before it shows itself in your thoughts.

Atleast that's where most of my problems come from (being hideous, short, etc)
