Hopefully, seeing so many countries either outbreeding us or being close to it will force European elites to stop bumbling around and commit to stuff like greater integration, rearmanent and so on. We are already rather irrelevant, we don't need to go to total irrelevance by blowing up the EU and go back to a bunch of squabbling small countries right when we are at our weakest point in centuries. Which, honestly, I think we would still manage to screw up and somehow go back to spamming infantry and tanks at each other in the age of drones and lasers
