Not really. It could be due to innate biological differences, ie males being the aggressive sex, meaning they will tend to seek out active ways to rid themselves of their status as singles in a higher frequency than females. There could be a plethora of factors explaining this phenomenon. The only thing Tinder experiments serve to illustrate is that femcels doesn't exist. And also, that women, in theory, have access to a broader range of possibilites than men have when it comes to the sexual market.
