just any race where you're trying to outcompete everyone. mainly to get or impress women tbh. it's stupid cause you're always gonna get mogged. i wrote about this in another thread, but u rly can't underestimate the lengths that males are going to go in order to impress/attain foids.

by all means though, learn, grow. but take it easy and go at your own pace. it's genetic too anyway though (IQ pill). some ppl just learn giga fast and some learn slowly. other than that definitely indulge in your copes too. if ldar'ing is one of your copes, then that's even better cause it's absolutely bare bones.

ah i get what he means by "redpill", but he means in it a different way.

i think the current red pill stuff (PUA, looksmaxxing, self improvement) should actually be blue pill too. red pill should be black pill. the black pill wasn't really black black to me, like it was liberating if anything.
