YLE made an experiment on how looks affect how many invitations to job interviews the applicants will get. And of course, they chose to only use pictures of different women, not including any men. This continues their long tradition.

Some time ago they made a similar experiment using names of different nationalities (different names in exact same applications was the differentiator) and as an unintended side result that they did not publish was that women received significantly more job interview invitations than men.

(YLE is a public broadcaster that is funded by a mandatory personal and corporate tax for everybody except the most low-income)

We know here that for men looks is even more important than for women in terms of life success and failure (life outcomes). Even the ugliest women will get love, intimacy, sex and children if they want. Even the ugliest women can find a man and trade sex for not working.

Of course the result was that the more attractive woman received more interest from employers: https://yle.fi/uutiset/3-11592525

Ugly foid could never compare to pretty foid in benefits she gets from looks, that's why ugly foids were mad because they are not content with husband/kids which every foid can get, they needed constant validation and praising.
This is where social media helped them because they can fraud pics on Instagram and be treated as supermodels.

tbf, they probably know that appealing to men's issues won't get them any views, so they change overtime to only report on women's issues.

women always win

Like I told, they are public corporation 100% owned by state and they don't even sell any advertising space and/or spots like some other European public radiotelevision companies, they are fully and lavishly funded by taxpayers. They don't need to give a fuck about views, reader numbers etc. So they could and should make the best possible journalism and be objective and impartial... but they are in fact even worse (more biased) than commercial media.
