Typically, normies will say of incels that they blame Society and women for their personal failures, or that they refuse to make any effort because they claim they are doomed by inherent characteristics. And in fact this is often true : this often is what incels claim.

But the exact same mindset exists with minorities whining about racism and stuff.

In either case it's about a disagreement regarding the causes behind personal failures. When an individual blames others for his failures, maybe he's right, but it's hard to prove and it's perfectly reasonable to be skeptical and instead argue that he's making excuses for his lack of effort or compliance.
