If someone is playing children's games, I'm not going to judge them too harshly because children's games can be fun gameplay wise and generally were designed to appeal to all ages. I do occasionally enjoy replaying a few of them. However, people who watch children's movies while being adults, I have 0 respect for.

Especially if they see them in theaters. Imagine being an adult and having the nerve to enter a theatre for a children's movies. If you let's say, watched the Mario movie unironically as an adult and enjoyed it, it might be time to idk.... I might get in trouble for suggesting suicide.

An ex-friend of mine, went to watch the MLP movie all alone while being like in his mid twenties. Like a year later we found out he was under investigation over possession of child porn, how I wish I were kidding

Muh just let people enjoy things :soy:

Idgaf if it makes them happy. Some people are pathetic and we need to let them know that.

If you are being a retarded faggot who only enjoys ZOGslop made for 1st graders then you need to be put in your place and be told to grow the fuck up.

I disagree. A child movie of great quality can be enjoyed by adults.

Same goes for anime or cartoons of great quality.
I loved Codename Kids Next Door as a child, and its still good today as an adult.

Of course I watch adult movies too (Alien, Aliens and Alien vs Predator are some of my favourites), but animation of great quality can be enjoyed for all ages.

Exactly. I don't want to be around cringe people. It's self inflicted. They're choosing to be adult children.

I was already viewing porn when I was 9, so it's pathetically immature to still be on the edge of your seat watching disney movies if you're a full grown adult. You've essentially devolved.

Hm I'm thinking which ones I've seen over the last 10 years or so.

Boss Baby, both MLP movies, Lightyear, all three Sonic movies... probably a few more.

I would agree that a lot of stuff that's made for kids isn't particularly entertaining to most adults. For example that's how I felt when I was watching Sonic 2. I felt that the script was too kiddy and I wasn't really getting much out of the experience.

BUT...

- Sonic 3 is genuinely a really good movie no matter what your age is
- Boss Baby has lots of jokes for adults
- the first MLP movie has amazing animation

So I think it depends.

It's not like there's a law that says that anything made for kids can't be well made.

Chat GPT.

I don’t give a fuck what people do not gonna make my genetics better

Millennials buy more kids toys than actual children

Pretty interesting to think about

Brony soy

I watched The hunchback of Notre Dame recently. It is kinda bluepilled and Quasimodo is cucked, but it was decent overall and Frollo is interesting. Will probably watch the Lion king when I feel like it.

Reported to the mods for suggesting suicide

DNR,gonna watch tom and jerry :feelsautistic:

I watched the Sonic movies

Hmm, I’d only really go back and watch old kids shows I used to watch for nostalgia purposes. I’m not gonna judge anyone who binges 90s/2000s Marvel or DC content—the comics usually deal with somewhat more serious subject matter anyway (at least from back then).

But yeah if you’re watching Pixarslop as an adult you need to be studied in a zoo

Every disney adult should be rounded up and shot

A lot of kids movies have jokes for adults. Like Toy Story. So it's not like all of them were created only for kids. If you watch one once in a while i don't see problem with it but if you only watch them then you are mentally ill.

they're weird but i don't really care let them suffer in their own ignorance and still live as manchilds.

you remind me of the teller me and a friend bought tickets from to Dora the explorer and he shouted we were buying it even louder after we asked him to be discreet about it.

I'm not gonna be hypocrital, I kinda feel bad for them if they get publicity shamed even if I consider it ridiculous.

I disagree, the older Disney movies have excellent animation and original sound track composition that is enjoyable for adults. Newer children’s movies I can say are hit and miss, like the Mario movie was kind of childish and hollow. They avoid any type of carnage. In beauty and the beast they will show the fight with Gaston and pitchfork and fire and show gaston making a improvised weapon out of pieces that broke off during a fight but the Super Mario movie even though Mario gets bashed around by DK they will avoid showing fist contact or blood, a scuff, a tear in clothing damage to Mario, from start to finish Mario is clean. That’s why the movie felt hollow and plastic, the plot sucks ass too though.

That the difference between movies made by white men vs soy bugmen.

To be honest, old cartoons like Looney Tones, Tom and Jerry,Pink Panther are too good that everyone enjoys it, nothing wrong in it

Is it worrying if I replay games from my childhood and watch Home Alone during christmas?

It is sort of a ritual for me to watch it during christmas at this point.

I think that is about the only content meant for children / the whole family that I consume.

Also, the games from my childhood aren't nowhere near ment for kids, because I used to play Resident Evil, Dino Crisis, Gran Turismo, GTA and the likes a lot.

I, of course, loved Crash Bandicoot and the Spyro Trilogy too.
By now you probably know that this is one of my all time favourites.

Yes, I did buy Crash Bandicoot 4 at 37.

Is that problematic?
