The issue is that you believe that every actor must automatically be some huge celebrity with millions of dollars laying in their bank account. Truth is you only see the top tier actors who made it, while ignoring (willingly or unwillingly) all the other countless actors who only get side roles or very small, barely known roles or whose career completely failed and they eventually had to go back to a normal job
I talk about actors who've made it. I understand Hollyweird's supply of shit actors far exceeds the demand for actors, who are probably doing side hustles
