Not possible. I am off accutane after 13 months and my skin is completely clear, I eat whatever I want all the junk food and skin doesn’t even get oily. Accutane is a Jewish blessing stop spewing nonsense

I was on 40 mg daily as well! I have no idea how it came back dude, I am sorry. It’s gotta suck having went through all that with (I assume) muscle cramps, dry lips, dry eyes for nothing. Very weird. The common way of determining when to stop is calculating the cumulative dose which is around 150-180 mg per kg of body weight, and when you surpass / get to that mark you stop the course by slowly hopping off accutane for around a month / 2 months depending on the longevity of the course
