Do you have a small frame, OP? If you have a medium bone structure, you should honestly try to put on more muscle on your frame. It obviously won't get you laid, but people will respect you more and refrain from making comments that they wouldn't make to anyone who looks like they could beat them up. People are animalistic at the core and their reptilian brains will trigger a response to anyone who looks like a threat.
