Are men with weak/soy features predetermined to be soyboys and cucks?

I've noticed a lot of men who are have weak and soy facial features such as a recessed chin, sometimes negative canthal tilt ,and other bad features that make them look weak and non-threatening, are almost always leftists and literal cucks.

Here is an example:

You can already tell what their political beliefs by just looking at their physical appearance but even if you put them in another outfit you would still think the same because of their facial features.

The question I want to know is: Are men with soy facial features predetermined to be cucks because men with these facial features are genetically prone to this mindset? Or is it because the way they look, people treated them a certain way (maybe poorly) so they adopted a cuck mindset?

The Indian guy doesn't have a good eye area or a good face and I can't tell how short he is but he is really shorter than the rest

You have Heinrich Himmler, who was very rightwing and non-soy (even though he did betray Hitler which you could say was weak) with weak facial features (recessed chin, balding, very thin lips) that look soyish:

You also have Walter Ulbricht, who was very leftwing with soy facial features (recessed chin, balding, weird midface):

There are men with soy facial features that are on opposite sides of the political spectrum, but sometimes you can tell by their essence maybe? I can't think of a good way to say it
