I'm playing dark souls 3 practically for the first time, i can only trade items with pickle pee, pump-a-rum 1 time per game? I want to trade prism shards for twinkling titanite

I believe you can as long as you drop the item they need. Honestly I pretty much never did anything with p and p through all of the games except 1 because you could get a OP spell from them.
