I really don't ask for much but I can't even buy something for 26 Euros

I'm simple, don't need luxuries, I could be happy living a remote and simple life, away from everything. Given I cannot have an otherwise normal life.

Because of the heat, I'd have liked a small pool to lie in, it only costs 26 Euros (normally costs 45 Euros). I'd pay for it but my parents don't want one in the garden because it uses "too much water" (edit: a moral obligation to save water, which I get, but come on, I use so little water normally). But I barely use any water otherwise. I don't bathe, I shower for only 1 minute max per day and otherwise never use water. I like cold water in the heat, it's a good cope for me. Idk why, it just is. But nope, even a small thing gets denied.

Why are you still living with your parents? I hear that in the west the boy can be independent at 17 or 18

Depends on country. In my country living with parents has become normal due to our insane house/rent prices.

Your parents, and excuse me for saying this, stupid because it is not the water that you get from the tab that is expensive but the water that goes down the sink.

In Germany you pay for both separately, for letting the water run and for letting the water drain.

Just letting it run only costs a fraction of what draining costs.

Since you are German I will explain this in German to you.

Deshalb is Wasser "teuer".

All das kostet Geld.

There are lakes near me but they are too warm because of the weeks of hot weather and many people there. I have bad social anxiety because of my body

We have a lot in common.

Same here, also I have autism -- so I am dependent on them in some areas of life.

Thanks, I didn't know this! I should have written, it's not about the money for them (it is but secondary) but more about the morals. "Wassersparen ist jetzt angesagt, wegen der Dürre!" Because of the moral obligation to save water. I will still try to use what you said as an argument but I doubt they will change their mind.

I would have to live in a tiny room and be worse off than I have it now. Much worse. Also can't afford it.

Holy shit, are your parents coting for the green party or what? xD

Logic would say "yes" xD
But my mom doesn't like any party, my dad is normally quite conservative/right-wing.

You'd also like a small plastic pool?
no. this part: I'm simple, don't need luxuries, I could be happy living a remote and simple life, away from everything. Given I cannot have an otherwise normal life.
